Bisquick Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick Gluten Free mix
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk
2 Tblsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
Preparation:
1. Sir all ingredients until blended.
2. Heat butter/greased skillet and spoon ~ 1/4 cup mixture at a time onto skillet.
3. Cook to your liking - I let mine get very dark brown.
Makes ~ 8-10 pancakes
*Warm the syrup in a small bowl in the microwave before serving to taste extra good!
Consider adding strawberries, whipped creme, blueberries, etc.
This recipe is nearly identical to the one on the bisquick box, but I add in chocolate chips. Thanks General Mills for this wonderful gluten free product!
